On our website you will find 3 types of availability:

The shipment of products in stock will be processed within approximately 24H and shipped immediately.
We normally rely on UPS for our international shipments.
The delivery time may vary depending on the address and / or country of destination, for example:

  • Shipments to Europe: 4 days
  • Shipping to Europe urgent: 24/48H
  • Shipping to USA: 4 days.
  • Shipping to Asia: 4 days.
  • Shipping to Australia: 4 days.

the products on request has a different manufacturing time depending on model, we recommend contacting to know exactly. Normally these times range from 60 to 120 working days. Once manufactured and tested, they will be shipped as indicated for products in stock.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can return a product within 14 days and we will refund the purchase price. For it, you must satisfy the following requirements:

  • The product must be in mint condition. No signs of use and perfect working.
  • The product must be complete, all accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging parts must be, and in unused condition.
  • Any management fee for receiving the returned package will be deducted from the refund, including customs fees.
  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • The period of 14 days begins after the payment of the product. You must notify us writing at info@xtonebox.com before exceed the 14 days period.

The return of the product in poor condition or with lack of accessories or packaging, will mean the cancellation of the refund or a partial refund will be made. Depending on the case, the company will decide and notify the client.

All our products pass several tests during production. We do real tests of continuous hours of use to ensure there are no defective electronic components. On the other hand, technical sound measurements are made to determine the entire set of electronic components is working properly and that the frequency spectrum and signal processing are the ones we have designed. All these tests are necessary to guarantee that our products are ready for the customer.

Xtonebox offers a 2 years warranty on our products. Tubes, speakers, and reverb tanks carry a 90 day warranty and are subject to the same terms and conditions as following.

Any products found to be defective within the applicable period will be replaced. Without any charge provided that:

  • The product was not modified, misused, abused, improperly maintained by any person not authorized by Xtonebox.
  • Failure resulted from a defect in material or workmanship and was not damaged due to use other than its intended use.
  • The product was not used in abnormal, excessive, or unusual operating conditions.
